The Other Voice in Early Modern Europe

為響應蟑螂幾篇介紹學術資源的文章，小花也來介紹一個史料翻譯系列，在教學和研究上都很好用。
The Other Voice in Early Modern Europe 是美國芝加哥大學出版社出版，翻譯一系列早期近代歐洲女性的寫作，其中有些是在當時已經出版的作品，藉此機會讓更多的英語係讀者能接觸一手史料，另一大宗的作品是未出版的手稿，其目的除了讓未能親身到檔案館或善本書圖書館的學生、教師、或研究者閱讀這些史料，更藉機介紹這些少為人知的女性。The Other Voice 主要的幾種史料，類型包含女性的歷史作品、自傳、專論、書信、還有因接受宗教裁判所 (The Inquisition) 審訊留下的口述記錄。還有一小部份是男性作者以女性為閱讀對象而寫的作品。大家如果寫學期報告或教學有需要，這一套史料非常非常有用，每一本都有一個系列介紹，接著是一個史料導讀，然後是文本翻譯，並附有書目。建議在台灣的朋友推薦學校圖書館購買，這不但是很好的史料，也可以幫助想念歐洲史的同學及早接觸史料，並了解史料的形態及他們的收藏處。

此資料庫綜合索引了氣賀澤保規先生的《唐代墓誌所在綜合目錄》。高桥继男先生《中国五代十国时期墓志・墓碑综合目录稿》和明治大学氣賀澤研究室所编《西安碑林全集》中的《唐代墓志目录》。

為拿鐵先生燒飯

這是我最近在讀的另一本閒書。我已經忘了，當初是怎樣知道這本書的。可能是今年初，我在嘗試自己來做點美食的時候，在 Amazon 網上書店閒逛時見到的。 中文書中好像沒有類似著作（錯了，請更正）。我唯一可以想到的是王宣一那本《國宴與家宴》（時報文化），文筆和菜式都精采，但王宣一這本書不是為情人燒飯而寫的。
